These hotel fridges are inside cabinets, as in a hotel. So when you open the right side of the cabinet, you're opening the little fridge. I guess you would call this a wet bar. It's the kind of thing that you would want in your office, if you liked to keep refrigerated beverages underneath there and you just drank all day. You could also pretend you are in a hotel in your own house.
