PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION to Astoria: By Subway (a substantial walk - 18-20 minutes): Take N & Q lines to Astoria Blvd. Walk WEST on Astoria Blvd for 6 blocks. After Astoria Blvd crosses 21st Street, veer right onto 27th Avenue. Walk 5 blocks on 27th Avenue. Turn RIGHT onto 4th Street. Walk 1 block NORTH on 4th Street. Turn LEFT onto 26th Avenue. Build It Green! Warehouse is on right hand side, 3-17 26th Ave, Astoria. By Subway & Bus (a short walk - 2 minutes): Take N & Q lines to 30th Ave. Walk WEST toward Manhattan one block on 30th Ave. Wait at buststop for Q18 or Q102 bus going WEST. Take bus for 10 minutes to 27th Ave and 4th Street. Walk down 4th Street to 26th Ave. Build It Green! Warehouse is 1/4 block to LEFT on 26th Ave. By Bus: Take Q18, Q102, Q103 to 27th Avenue and 4th Street. Walk up 4th Street to 26th Avenue. Turn LEFT onto 26th Avenue. Built It Green! NYC - Astoria Warehouse is on right hand side, 3-17 26th Ave, Astoria. CLICK HERE for public transportation directions DRIVING DIRECTIONS to Astoria: From Bronx/Manhattan via Triborough Bridge: Take the first exit off of the Triborough Bridge in Queens. Take immediate RIGHT turn towards Astoria Blvd. Turn RIGHT at Astoria Blvd. After crossing 21st Street, veer to RIGHT onto 27th Ave and go 5 blocks. Turn RIGHT onto 4th st. which deadends into Build It Green! Warehouse after 1 block. From Manhattan via Queensboro Bridge: Enter the Queensboro Bridge on the Upper Level. Take the exit ramp toward Queens Blvd & 21st St. Take the 21st St. ramp toward Northern Blvd/Roosevelt Island. Turn RIGHT onto 21st St. (and travel for 1.7 miles) Turn LEFT at Astoria Blvd. and immediately veer to RIGHT onto 27th Ave. Go 5 blocks on 27th Ave. Turn RIGHT onto 4th st. which deadends into Build It Green! Warehouse at 3-17 26th Ave. From Northern Brooklyn and Long Island City: Take McGuiness Blvd north over Pulaski Bridge into Queens. McGuiness Blvd becomes 11 St. in Queens. Continue on 11 St. Take LEFT as 11 St. deadends into Queensboro Bridge. Take RIGHT at Vernon Blvd. Take Vernon Blvd passed Costco (about 15 blocks) until Vernon Blvd veers away from East River. As Vernon Blvd veers to right, take LEFT onto 8th St. Take LEFT at 27th Ave. Go one block. Turn RIGHT onto 4th st. which deadends into Build It Green! Warehouse at 3-17 26th Ave. From Brooklyn: Merge onto I-278 E toward Queens towards Triboro Bridge. Take the 31st ST EXIT (last exit before Triboro Bridge) Bear RIGHT after exit, and go STRAIGHT on Hoyt Ave towards East River Go 6 blocks on Hoyt Ave. Turn LEFT onto 21st St. Go 5 blocks on 21st St. Turn RIGHT at Astoria Blvd, veering IMMEDIATE RIGHT onto 27th Ave. Go 5 blocks on 27th Ave. Turn RIGHT onto 4th st. which deadends into Build It Green! Warehouse after 1 block. From Queens/Long Island: Take Grand Central Pkwy West Take the 31st ST EXIT (last exit before Triboro Bridge) Bear RIGHT after exit, and go STRAIGHT on Hoyt Ave. towards East River Go 6 blocks on Hoyt Ave. Turn LEFT onto 21st St. Go 5 blocks on 21st St. Turn RIGHT at Astoria Blvd, veering IMMEDIATE RIGHT onto 27th Ave. Go 5 blocks on 27th Ave. Turn RIGHT onto 4th st. which deadends into Build It Green! PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION to Gowanus: By Subway: Take the F/G train to Smith & 9th Street. Take a left out of the subway station and BIG!NYC will be on your left, just after you walk over the 9th Street Bridge. You can also take the R/F/G train to 4th Ave and 9th Street stop in Park Slope, Brooklyn. Walk west on 9th Street for two blocks (towards 2nd Avenue), and BIG!NYC's entrance will be on your right between 2nd Avenue and Smith Street. DRIVING DIRECTIONS to Gowanus: From Manhattan/Bronx: Take 895 South to 278 West towards Brooklyn/Staten Island. Take exit 26 for Hamilton Ave/Battery Tunnel. Continue straight down Hamilton and take a left turn onto Smith Street. Take a right at the light, onto 9th Street. Take your immediate left after the Gowanus Canal into our parking lot entrance (same parking entrance for FIND Furniture and Serrett Metal). Follow the lot down and to the right, and enter at our Canal Side entrance. From Queens/Long Island: Take 495 to exit 17W toward Brooklyn. Merge onto 278W. In approximately 6 miles, take the Hamilton Ave. exit toward the Battery Tunnel/Manhattan. Continue straight on Hamilton and turn left onto Smith Street. Take a right onto 9th Street. Our parking lot entrance will be on your immediate left once you cross the 9th Street Bridge (BEFORE FIND Home Furnishings entrance). Drive straight to the log behind the BIG!NYC warehouse, and park in one of the spots closest to our Canal Side Entrance. From North Brooklyn: Take the BQE (278 ) West to the Columbia Street exit. Take a left onto Columbia Street. Turn left onto Union Street. Continue until 3rd Ave, and take a right oto 3rd Ave. Take a right onto 9th Street. Build It Green!NYC will be on your right (between 2nd Ave and Smith Street). Parking is on the right after our entrance - pull into the driveway next to FIND Home Furnishing and the Gowanus Canal - BEFORE the 9th Street Bridge). From Staten Island/South Brooklyn: Take 278E/Staten Island Expressway over the Verrazano Bridge. Take exit 21 for 3rd Avenue. Turn left on 9th Street. You will drive past our entrance on 9th Street (between 2nd Ave. and the Gowanus Canal/Smith Street). Parking is available behind our warehouse - drive past our entrance, and take an immediate right after FIND Home Furnishings' entrance. Drive down the lot and follow signs to our Canal Side Entrance.
